Pre-Made Items

Pre-made items typically require up to 1 week (7 days) to be processed and shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items take longer to produce. Please allow 15–24 business days for your pre-order item to be processed and shipped.
If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, the full order will ship together once all items are ready.

Lost Packages

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods. Ernestway is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed off to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL.)

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Ernestway only ships within the United States.
We do not offer international shipping.
